The entire staff from guard to doctor are VERY VERY RUDE. They treat people like they are personally doing some charity . The rudeness depends on your privilege. Underprivileged patients are treated like trash. Understood it’s a government run facility and treatment is cheap there but that doesn’t mean it gives the rights to the staff to disrespect and yell at the poor people Who go there for treatment. I saw staff treating old patients who couldn’t understand the instructions in inhumane manner. They also do not answer calls no matter how many times you call. The doctors keep changing dates so when you go as per what’s written on your prescription they say doctor is not available. You ask them for alternate doctor available at the moment, they say no doctor available come on the day we have asked you to come .Now for people who have the conveyance to go to the hospital again and again can manage this but imagine for poor people who have somehow managed to reach the hospital, how will they do up and down again and again.PLUS THE OPD DEPARTMENT SMELLS LIKE URINE. I don’t think proper hygiene is maintained in this hospital.
