It is a university of infrastructural and academic excellence. It has beautiful nature friendly campus. So many trees and shrubs can be seen inside the campus; but grass cannot be seen and any thoughtful person like me would wonder why. Well, there are number of buildings built together to form one unit. Each building has a name, especially of famous personalities like APJ Abdul Kalam, S Radhakrishnan, MGR, CV Raman, Ratan Tata and so on. Overall, the interior of the campus is nice. However, outside the campus, the streets, shops and other buildings are of low standard and underdeveloped.

As a proud alumni from the class of 2018, I have to say that Vels has truly been one of the best universities in Chennai. It offers a whole package—great education, a wide range of activities, and sports opportunities. The management has always been incredibly supportive of us students. Plus, they've got all the facilities you could ever need right here on campus. Chairman has been a great motivator for the students ever since.

Infrastructure of the campus is spacious and good. Faculties are very friendly and knowledgeable. The university also maintains covid protocols to ensure the safety of the students. College fees was reasonable. At first , I was so skeptical about joining this college but now i've no regrets in my decision.

Please take your time to read this. It is very important if you are planning on joining this University. Especially if you are not a native of Tamil Nadu or if u can't understand Tamil language.Even though they say at the beginning that the faculty only teaches in English, it's just entirely wrong. The faculty teaches the syllabus in Tamil mostly with mixing English here and there, so please don't join if you don't know TamilThe faculty are usually kind and the students are friendly, the infrastructure is not bad either, neither is the hostel. The only problem is that the medium is in Tamil mostly, so u will have to suffer if you can't speak it. I just left this University because of this reasonIf you can speak Tamil then it is a good University since they offer courses that are very rare in India like BCA Data Science and BCA Cloud technology and many other great courses, so choose wisely, it's your future.

College InfrastructureInfrastructure is very nice. College is very huge and there are different buildings for each departments. There is some greenery in our college. Canteen is also good and proper hygiene is also there in our college.....Campus LifeCampus life was good. They were memorable days, it was adventurous. I learned lot many things during my college. College also has so many societies which altogether make college life more enjoyable and learning....

Great place clean environment....I went there for some entrance exam usually all such entrance exams happen on Sunday. But the place is good , building also good full green green all everywhere.. Nice i like this place. For environment and infrastructure 10/10 about education i don't know because I'm not student of this institute so sorry for that. But nice place form environment point of view

I would like to share the wonderful experience of my M.Sc journey here.Air-conditioned and smart classrooms, laboratories for various subjects like science and engineering, library with a wide range of books, journals, and online resources, lecture halls, assured placements, cultural fests such as Nakshatra and Salute, sports events, extra-curricular activities, both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned hotels, cafeteria, located in the heart of the city, transportation services, disabled-friendly footpaths, scholarships, fitness centers, shuttle services, ample parking space, Wi-Fi access throughout the campus, spacious auditorium.I could say, this university gives importance to education as well as extra curricular activities also to develop your talents. In a nutshell, Vels University All in one great place!
