The hospital's reception has been unattended for approximately two hours, with no staff present to assist patients. Even when staff members are available, the doctors are not accessible. Patients have been waiting for extended periods without receiving the necessary care. Additionally, some specialists are only available on specific days, leading to further inconvenience for patients.

A big thank you to the incredible General Surgery team at AIIMS. Your expertise, empathy, and flawless handling—from bed availability to OT scheduling and post-op support—made our experience truly smooth and reassuring. Deeply grateful for your guidance and care.

Highly irritated! Go to this hospital if at all you like to lose your cool at every given point. The security guards are extremely RUDE and Nurses ka toh rehne hi do because they are even better at being rude and doing the tu tadaak with you for no good reason. It’s only the infrastructure which is good otherwise from the doctors level to the security guards of the hospital needs to be changed. Highly not recommended.
