The hospital's reception has been unattended for approximately two hours, with no staff present to assist patients. Even when staff members are available, the doctors are not accessible. Patients have been waiting for extended periods without receiving the necessary care. Additionally, some specialists are only available on specific days, leading to further inconvenience for patients.

Highly irritated! Go to this hospital if at all you like to lose your cool at every given point. The security guards are extremely RUDE and Nurses ka toh rehne hi do because they are even better at being rude and doing the tu tadaak with you for no good reason. It’s only the infrastructure which is good otherwise from the doctors level to the security guards of the hospital needs to be changed. Highly not recommended.

Worst service from doctor who treat. If they are not willing to serve patient properly then why they are hired their. It's better to remove them and hire the person who understands patient problem and make them fill comfortable. They are not interested to serve properly. Laughing on patience issue and problem. Working at medical field and they laugh at patient issue, what kind of maturity they have don't know. Toilet hygiene lack for general people water facility also not proper. Not even they change appointment date of patient if they has some genuine reason, while listening to patient at counter window employee used to gossip themselves and laugh. What a service of medical field. Only building and campus is big, but rest of the things worst in my opinion. Their should be more principal and ethics needed in nagpur aiims.

Gate security doesn't have etiquette how to speak with patient's next of keen. One of our relative is admitted in IPD. Gate security started scolding to patient's son very badly. Patient's relatives have to stay outside in scorching sun. Very bad management. However huge parking space is available for vehicles. Relative told they denied to take some cases as well.

I am very grateful for the exceptional quality of care my father received at AIIMS Nagpur following his cardiac surgery. The medical and support staff were outstanding, and the cleanliness of the facility was exemplary. My experience at AIIMS Nagpur was excellent overall, and I was particularly impressed by the staff and security personnel, especially in comparison to private hospitals.

Huge Campus with almost all types of medical needs covered. Really good doctors and service.
