It's very hard to write the feedback, I had to admit my grandmother for an emergency and the experience was pathetic. From the emergency till her admission, the nurses or admin team plays a idiotic game.. No proper explanation nor they regret for their mistake. The team informed that there is no bed available so have only space in general floor and admitted her... We being only three at home had no option for a female attender had to go through worst nightmare... In wing 1, nurses are really pathetic and showcase their feminism in a place where people reach for help for they loved ones. My grandmother is a aged person who need support and doesn't wanted to be abruptly left behind this helpless creatures.. They speak about rules to only the unknown patients and curve the rules for known people. Nurses play with children's of their relatives in the work station, keep looking at there phones and does all bullshit. The co patients are not at all worried about either it's a male or female attenders however the nurses are really worried about male thinking that they would be questioned for their arrogancy.... People come from different place especially for males there is no lounge arranged to sleep instead they have made to sleep on the grounds of the entrance with no facilities...... We have been stuck with this hospitals jus bcoz of good and kind doctors apart from their hospitality is worst. Shame on your rules and inequality Baptist !!!! I will further take this upto health zonal officers and escalate further for fixing this. Look the images of so called lounge for mens at this hospitals. Now a days the hospital is behind money instead of working towards the purpose building this hospital...U worship a male god (Jesus) and hope u don't send him outside from your floors after 7 o clock ⏰

If you are looking for a gynecologist who truly cares from the heart, I strongly recommend Dr. Rajnish. He is not just an exceptional doctor but a guardian angel who stood by us through every step of our pregnancy and delivery. From the very first consultation, he made us feel safe and reassured. His patience in answering every question, transparency and his deep commitment to his patients set him apart. Even in the middle of the night, he was there to deliver our baby, ensuring everything went smoothly. We never once felt alone in this journey—he was always there, guiding, supporting, and making the right decisions at the right time. One of the most difficult moments was when our baby had to stay in the NICU for very few days. As parents, nothing can prepare you for that emotional rollercoaster. But Dr. Rajnish didn’t just care medically, he made sure we could stay close to our baby and regularly kept checking with the paediatrician about our baby’s health, easing our worries in ways beyond medicine. It’s rare to find a doctor who treats his patients like family, but that’s exactly who Dr. Rajnish is. His expertise, kindness, and dedication go far beyond a profession—it’s his calling. If you are looking for the best gynecologist, someone you can trust completely, Dr. Rajnish is the one you should choose. We are forever grateful to him and would not think twice before recommending him to anyone in need of the best care.

Very good hospital. Highly systematic.Staff are very polite and helpful.Doctors are patient friendly, high standard of calibre and practical in treating and guiding the patients. Excellent.Only one negative comment is too much waiting time at the out patient department especially for senior people , though it's understandable considering the number of patients seen by the consultants.Overall Excellent Hospital.👍🙏
