It's very hard to write the feedback, I had to admit my grandmother for an emergency and the experience was pathetic. From the emergency till her admission, the nurses or admin team plays a idiotic game.. No proper explanation nor they regret for their mistake. The team informed that there is no bed available so have only space in general floor and admitted her... We being only three at home had no option for a female attender had to go through worst nightmare... In wing 1, nurses are really pathetic and showcase their feminism in a place where people reach for help for they loved ones. My grandmother is a aged person who need support and doesn't wanted to be abruptly left behind this helpless creatures.. They speak about rules to only the unknown patients and curve the rules for known people. Nurses play with children's of their relatives in the work station, keep looking at there phones and does all bullshit. The co patients are not at all worried about either it's a male or female attenders however the nurses are really worried about male thinking that they would be questioned for their arrogancy.... People come from different place especially for males there is no lounge arranged to sleep instead they have made to sleep on the grounds of the entrance with no facilities...... We have been stuck with this hospitals jus bcoz of good and kind doctors apart from their hospitality is worst. Shame on your rules and inequality Baptist !!!! I will further take this upto health zonal officers and escalate further for fixing this. Look the images of so called lounge for mens at this hospitals. Now a days the hospital is behind money instead of working towards the purpose building this hospital...U worship a male god (Jesus) and hope u don't send him outside from your floors after 7 o clock ⏰

If you are looking for a gynecologist who truly cares from the heart, I strongly recommend Dr. Rajnish. He is not just an exceptional doctor but a guardian angel who stood by us through every step of our pregnancy and delivery. From the very first consultation, he made us feel safe and reassured. His patience in answering every question, transparency and his deep commitment to his patients set him apart. Even in the middle of the night, he was there to deliver our baby, ensuring everything went smoothly. We never once felt alone in this journey—he was always there, guiding, supporting, and making the right decisions at the right time. One of the most difficult moments was when our baby had to stay in the NICU for very few days. As parents, nothing can prepare you for that emotional rollercoaster. But Dr. Rajnish didn’t just care medically, he made sure we could stay close to our baby and regularly kept checking with the paediatrician about our baby’s health, easing our worries in ways beyond medicine. It’s rare to find a doctor who treats his patients like family, but that’s exactly who Dr. Rajnish is. His expertise, kindness, and dedication go far beyond a profession—it’s his calling. If you are looking for the best gynecologist, someone you can trust completely, Dr. Rajnish is the one you should choose. We are forever grateful to him and would not think twice before recommending him to anyone in need of the best care.

Very good hospital. Highly systematic.Staff are very polite and helpful.Doctors are patient friendly, high standard of calibre and practical in treating and guiding the patients. Excellent.Only one negative comment is too much waiting time at the out patient department especially for senior people , though it's understandable considering the number of patients seen by the consultants.Overall Excellent Hospital.👍🙏

I want to share an experience with you.Whoever is looking at its ratings.First of all this is the best hospital.Because I lived in Bangalore. I am basically from Kashmir. I used to work here in Bangalore.Suddenly I fell ill so I went to this hospital. The doctors there are also good. The facilities there are also good. Everything is good there. The nature there, everything is super...... talks very comfortably. His way of talking is different. He is talking very well. He talks to the patients very well.I want to say a big thank you to this Dr.YASHAVANTH H.S .That he treated me very well. There are other doctors also, but I don't know their names. But they are very good. They are very good and I want to tell people that if anyone has any problem, go there and you will get your treatment very well.Once again I want to say big thank you to this DR.YASHAVANTH H.S.Your patient (Faizan shafi)I hope you will see my feedback.💯🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I can't thank Dr. Rajnish and his incredible team enough for making the birth of my twins an unforgettable and wonderful experience. From the very first consultation, Dr. Rajnish's expertise, compassion, and attention to detail put me at ease. His team was equally fantastic, ensuring I felt supported and well-cared for every step of the way.Throughout my pregnancy and delivery, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed, answering every question with patience and kindness. The delivery itself was smooth and reassuring, with Dr. Rajnish carefully guiding me through the process and ensuring the safety of both my babies and me.What truly stood out was how genuinely invested the entire team was in my happiness and well-being. Their professionalism, combined with their warm and caring approach, made what could have been a stressful experience feel like a joyful and memorable one. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Rajnish and his team for making my twin delivery a smooth, positive, and empowering experience! The best line the Doctor told me when I would get anxious or worried was (One day at a time) it's an amazing Gospel song that I sing to my twins all the time.Highly recommend Dr. Rajnish to anyone who was a stress free delivery and a Doctor that will make sure you laugh.Thank you once again Doctor will never forget it. May God bless you abundantly 😁@RajnishSamal

It’s Been 5 Months Since I Lost My Dad – Please Read ThisI’m writing this review as it has been 5 months since I lost my dad. I have never been to a more horrible hospital in my life. We took him there because we had heard good reviews about the doctors. But the management and nursing staff were unprofessional and completely lacking in empathy.Nurses spend more time with the patient than doctors do—yet it was due to the carelessness of a nurse (whose name I don’t know) that I lost my dad. Whenever we asked questions during visiting hours, the nurses would call security and have us removed. We would wait outside the ICU for hours just to catch a glimpse of our loved ones, trusting that they were receiving proper care inside. But instead of attending to patients, many nurses were laughing and having fun. Not all, but many of them were extremely arrogant towards attendants. Why don’t nurses wear name badges? At the very least, we should know their names so we can file a complaint if needed. We didn’t expect sympathy—we paid lakhs over 3 months for treatment. And in the end, we lost our father. I don’t know if the hospital’s stakeholders will take this seriously or just ignore it like everything else. The worst part? Some nurses act as if they get to decide whether a patient will survive or not. I understand being practical—but if you approach a patient with the mindset that “they won’t make it,” how can the treatment truly work?I urge the hospital management and stakeholders: don’t just scroll past this. Look into it. Do something.I know I can’t get my dad back. But maybe… I can help save someone else’s dad. 🙏

I had the most frustrating experience at Dr. Satyavani’s clinic maternity department. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but I ended up waiting until 4:00 PM without any communication or updates. There was no explanation for the delay. If this is how they handle basic appointments, I can't even imagine how they would treat patients during delivery. I really hope the hospital take this feedback seriously and improves their approach to patient care and time management.Would not recommend at all based on this experience.
