I never thought that college would reveal who really I am. I thought I was cool that I can do everything at once, but when I entered college, I found out that I was the opposite of how I see myself.Going back to my first day in the university, I felt something I could not even put into words. Seeing new faces, new surroundings made me feel like I’m in a very different place. It was my first time to see the people whom I’ll be with for the rest of my stay in the university and it made me nervous for an unknown reason. All of us need to adjust well so that we can survive and know each other well. Subjects for the first time like Philosophy, Management, and Law subjects were very hard to study since that it was the first time for me to encounter …show more content…Waking up, preparing to go to school, studying before class, being in class, going home, studying until before the sun rises, eating in between of those, sleep, then wake up again. Halfway of my stay in the university, my days became like that. People would think that it was easy having a day like that, but in reality, it was the opposite. I was thinking of giving up and try another course, but I still decided to continue.

Guys This is the worst college of du , I know some ppl won't agree with me but I have some reasons for saying so :Disadvantages taking admission in this clg:1.there is no furniture in many clg rooms like benches, blackboard, projecter.2.there is no stable wifi facilities3. the library is so small compared to the no.of students4.the BCR(BOYS COMMON ROOM) is not well maintained, sofas , benches are in very bad condition, and it's very uncomfortable there5. again the canteen is so small with some chairs and tables as compared to students in this clg6. whenever a fest is conducted there the chairs of library are used in the fest and students experience discomfort just coz of this7. the infrastructure is not good at all coz there is only 1 floor in this clg nd less classrooms as compared to the no.of students there8.Some rooms are like huts or cottage here9.there are barely some benches in ground10. there is no sports facilities as mentioned on their website11. the cultural area looks like it's never cleaned since it was built, with spider webs , dust , dirt and other things.12.one room wall is like it has been shot by an ak#713. no smoking campus is written everywhere but the cleaning staff and some students cigarettes in clg14. the students here play UNO (gambling) and no one takes strict action about it, they play even when in class rooms also.15. the washrooms are not cleaned and maintained at all , there is no handwash in the washrooms of this clg16. there's no auditorium in this clg17.there's no indoor stadium as mentioned in the website18. like I had hindi as a subject but there was no class taken by some professor, even the sem 1st exam ended without class19.there no laptop facilities in this clg as every du clg provide students with laptop for their studies20.there is no e library in this clg21. We had no fresher's party and the orientation was so unorganised and unstructured.

•The College is one of the centers for conducting English Language Proficiency Course (ELPC) course to improve spoken and written English.•The College also offers part time certificate/ diploma courses in French and German Languages.•Placements : The college has a very good placement record. Many placement cells keep visiting the college looking for the aspirants. The college has around 70% placement record, the institution is well known for the variety of courses and amazing placement record. The internship record is also very good as many companies come and ask students for internships which they can do while pursuing their respective course too.The internships are usually summer internships with decent stipends. The placement cells also give very decent package after the college around 4,00,000 PA basic pay at the starting, which is quite impressive.•Infrastructure : The college's infrastructure is pretty good, we can easily compare it with that of the North campus colleges out there, The college has around 100 classrooms and a library which is fully air conditioned. The computer labs and the seminar hall are fully air-conditioned too, including the canteen which is quite good. There is A GCR (Girls Common Room) and a BCR (boys common room) too, for hanging out or waiting in between the classes. The quality of food served in the canteen is also quite good, and the rates are extremely reasonable. The college also has a very big playground which can equip many students and also have a variety of sports to play like cricket, volleyball, football, badminton and much more. The college also has a pretty fast Wi-Fi for internet connectivity among the students.•Faculty : The faculty is decent and responds well, they're quick to respond and help in every situation. The teachers are very learned and knowledgeable and they teach quite well. The teachers and the staff are very helpful too, they guide and teach very well.•Other : The college has almost every facility. Its connectivity is also pretty good. It has malls, a metro station, a hospital and a market, all of them in a 2km radius. The college also has ample parking space and inside bike parking too. The college is located very well in the heart of south Delhi and it is very easy to reach there because of its walking distance from the metro station.

There is traffic issues, majority at that place!! Even traffic lights are not working properly, cars are parked on the road, which block the general vehicles, lead to delays in my college always.

Favourite college. Did my master's and my classes were held in this college. The canteen is amazing and apart from that the ambience is also very nice. It's very close to Bhagat Singh college. It offers various diploma courses as well. The rooms are very spacious and there is greenery around. I had a good time here !
