My first month experience is horribleEverything in Mnlu mumbai is wrong .We don't have our own campus .Our old hostel ceiling got collapsed, when ceiling was about to collapse there was a girl nearby .We got shifted to new hostel with 4 sharing room and manny people have 6 sharing roomHostel are 5 kms away from hostel we have to travel by bus daily for half an hour in morning and 1 hour in evening beacuse of traffic . I would prefer to go GLC no need to come mnlu mumbai . Don't rely on anyone ask student studying in nlu and then take admission1 year , 2 year boys , LLM boys are at different hostel( chandivali) and rest are at different ( kanjurmarg )Chandivali hostel shares it building with MBA students of different institute .We have to go by bus to college , its like school .We eat our 2 meals at hostel and 1 at college .For college one which is lunch We have to pay for our lunch daily .University first taken our mess fees then they told beacuse vendor has increaed charges they will refund our fees and then we will pay to vendor directly but beacuse college has not given our fees We have not paid fees to vendor , so vendor has stop giving us food .For 150 students We have only 4 washing machine .As you have told before our college is in rented building but see the hikeThe building in which our college is there it is of 8 floor and our college has owned2 floor4 floor6 floorAnd there are another offices in middle of these three .No playground. They have also increased our mess fees by 10, 000They have increased hostel feesThey are taking bus transportation feesThey are also taking electricity bill from us .Most expensive NLU .Beacuse yesterday food was not given to students , students ordered food from outside . And student started protesting at midnight, at midnight chief rector came and property manager came ( beacuse it rented hostel) . Then they discussed the matter of food , bad room condition and they are not doing proper reparing and maintainance . Meeting got over at 3 am morning .Not recommended

It’s a beautiful campus had it been it’s own.. But they are a part of MTNL building & just have 2 floors to themselves.. So an uplift is majorly necessary.
