#1 Private Engineering College in Gujarat. The campus is so huge and clean. The college has its own playground and every year sports. I was first very unkown of this place. But slowly I came to know that I was at the right place. This college is just great as it provides us great faculty great infrastructure great college life and much more. The events performed here are full of life and the other events are performed very well. It provides us very big campus.We have great canpus placements. It has a great student crowd and Great Faculty. The location as well of the college is at great place in Ahmedabad. Its the most peaceful as well as Developing area of Ahmedabad.All thanks to the Dean Of our College. We enjoy a lot in the college. The college is most affordable of all. The canteen is the place in our college where we enjoy a lot. The new canteen of our college also offer a clean and hygienic food.

It has 4-5 department buildings and admin. Each of department have it's own open spaces. There is 2 main play grounds for different games. It has facility of parking, canteen and auditorium. Outsiders are not allowed without ID cards.

Situated in Science City, Sola, the SAL Institute of Diploma Studies (SIDS), aiming to provide technical education in line with Gujarat Technological University (GTU). The infrastructure—air-conditioned classrooms, digital projectors, laboratories, and a modest library—creates a functional learning atmosphere. However, the real concern of SIDS lies not in facilities, but in its faculty culture. Most faculty members are academically experienced and technically sound. Yet, their excessive attitude and rigid behavior often overshadow their knowledge. Instead of guiding students with patience, many adopt a dominating approach, which discourages open communication and reduces student confidence. Modern teaching methods like project-based learning or interactive discussions are rarely used, as classroom authority takes precedence over student engagement. This attitude-driven environment also weakens industry exposure. While workshops, visits, and placements are organized, students often feel they lack approachable mentors who can truly bridge the gap between theory and practice. Faculty members rarely update themselves with emerging technologies such as AI, cybersecurity, or data science, further limiting academic growth. Thus, while SIDS has adequate infrastructure and activities, the persistent issue of faculty attitude stands as the biggest obstacle preventing the institute from becoming genuinely student-friendly and progressive.

Nobody is replying messages and calls of all departments.... I'm trying from last 3-4 days..... Worst experience ever.....
