Balaji College of Education, established in 2007 in Faridabad, Haryana, offers a one-year full-time Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program. The college aims to inspire students to think critically and creatively, solve problems, and develop a lifelong passion for addressing educational, social, environmental, and national issues. The college provides infrastructure facilities such as a library, computer lab, laboratories, and book bank.AboutThe aim of the human life is to achieve self-realization i.e. the stage of enlightenment. One achieves to enlighten himself/herself only with the disappearance of ignorance, the darkness. And to thwart out this ignorance from this area, the Balaji Welfare and Educational Society came into existence in 2003. Balaji College of Education was established in 2007 The college was affiliated to M.D. University, Rohtak till 2016. Now it is affiliated to Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind.*Chaudhary Saberjeet Singh FouzdarMessage from the Chairman*Balaji Welfare and Educational Society is working with the idea “Service to human being is service to God”. The best service of humanity is to make them realized about their innate capabilities and potentials. This aim can be achieved through a quality education and now our endeavor is to create such educators who can impart quality education. At Balaji College of Education our endeavour is to set learning challenges in a caring and orderly environment where pupil-teachers are provided opportunities for social, emotional, cultural, mental and physical development. BCE offers a broad teacher education where academic excellence is complemented by cultural, sporting and social development. We strive to develop each pupil-teacher’s potentials, recognize his or her dignity and encourage positive self-esteem in order to promote responsibility and creativity. From the desk of DirectorToday’s era is passing through the metamorphic phenomenal revolution in the field of academics. I believe that education brings drastic transformation in each individual human being, society and directs the whole nation into a right course, the cause of development of humanity.I believe that parents send their wards with high expectations. They wish them to excel in studies and other extra-curricular activities to unfold and enhance their inner potentials and develop own conviction to face challenges of today’s world. So education in real sense is the process of unfolding and nurturing the talents and channeling the potentiality hidden in every child. Now there are the teachers who are the real philosophers, guide and the friend of the students. They show a path which leads to success and at BCE our efforts are to create such educators. Let us join hands to achieve the aim. Success is with those who work for it, as Thoreau says:“We must not only aim aright,But draw the bow with all our might”Balaji College of Education(Approved by NRC- NCTE, New Delhi and Affiliated to Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind)The upliftment of the society can be possible only with the cooperation of the society. And these are educational institutions which are the centre of the reforms. The welfare of the society lies in the hands of the true educators. To see Bharat as educational role model nation for continuous solution of challenges related to life.To create a genuine understanding of our rich moral values, treasured culture and heritage.1. To create a proper harmony between the education and the society.2. To create such educators who can transform the society.3. To promote integral idea of ‘Vashudhev Kutumbakam’4. To inspire young minds to think creatively and critically, solve problem and develop a lifelong enthusiasm for solving educational, social, environmental and national issues and prepare themselves for future challenges and opportunities.

Sir, I am undergoing IGNOU B.ed workshop in Balaji college of education, Faridabad presently for last many days. I have attended the first year workshop in June 2022 wherein I have observed that there are many persons with disabilities visiting this college for education and workshops as this is a study centre for IGNOU and practical classes are organised by this college. Since, the college operates in multi functional aspects ranging from higher education to distance education workshop witnessing large number of students.Last year, I have seen disabled divyang students struggling to enter the college building as entrance gate do not have any Ramp facilities or any dedicated staff to help such students. Many divyang students have to face inconvenience due to non availability of these facilities in the college. The issue was raised by me before Director sir Sh. Jagdish Chaudhary but all in vain. One year have passed since my last workshop, I am witnessing same episodes in this year workshop classes also. The college do not have aur conditioning rooms and sometimes in extreme hot weather classes are organised in basement floor but the basement floor has no ramp or lift facilities for wheel chair bound students to attend classes in basement of college.Everytime the wheelchair bound persons have to miss classes or four persons have to take them down by holding. Such inconvenience leads to risk of injury being caused.

The coordinators don't have any plans for students at all. They don't even inform the students regarding the important stuff. They have given pathetic grades in the internals, to the students, who have scored A+ in externals.Every time Students ask for workshop, but they have no plans and no answers too....My experience is more than worst.Really fed-up with the facilities.
