Student Reviews & Testimonials
CHINTAPALLI VENKATESH Hey everyone! So I just completed a 21-day training program at culinary academy of india(CAI) honestly it was such an amazing experience. I didn’t expect to learn this much in such a short time! One of my favorite parts was the hands-on practice. Every day we actually cooked different dishes in continental Cuisine. The best part we got to eat what we made. 😋 The trainer chef Datta were experienced chef, and they shared a lot of industry tips that you don’t usually get from books. They were strict when needed but also really encouraging. By the end of the 21 days, I felt way more confident in the kitchen. I even started helping others in the group. Overall, I’d say it was totally worth it. Learned a lot, had fun, made friends, and discovered that cooking is something I might seriously want to pursue. I recommend others to join Culinary academy of India (CAI). Thanks for the opportunity.
The Culinary Academy of India (CAI), Hyderabad, provides excellent training, especially for cruise ship hospitality programs. The facilities are top-notch, and the curriculum is well-structured for real-world industry needs. A special mention to our trainer, Mr. Srinivas Valluri Sir—his teaching is fantastic! He explains concepts clearly, makes learning interactive, and shares valuable industry insights. His patience and expertise have greatly enhanced our skills in the Food & Beverage department. Highly recommended for anyone pursuing culinary or hospitality training! #CAIHyderabad #CostaCruiseTraining #BestTrainer #HospitalityEducation
I have joined CAI for diploma in Indian and Continental cuisine. It's been a month here and I truly feel so happy to be a part of CAI now. The chefs and my kitchen mates are so helpful.
My batchmates and i were given the opportunity to represent BRAND CAI at the HAT competition at CHRIST university in Bangalore and we were extremely grateful for the same, considering we’re students who specialise in kitchen, our faculty, HOD and principal helped us to a great extent to prepare for the competition, they arranged meetings, events, and sessions with industry professionals to get more insight on topics such as Event Management, Accommodation, and much more. With all the support we received during the 2 weeks for preparation ,we can proudly say that we came back to Hyderabad with a gold in 3 events, silver in 3 events and an overall champions trophy as well. The amount of support and training we received is something we will be forever thankful for. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to compete in the competition and make our college proud.
