The college is recognized by the National Commission for Indian System Of Medicine (NCISM) and the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM). Located in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram city, the college campus spans 18 acres and houses aesthetically designed buildings and comprehensive facilities. It offers a wide array of programs including BAMS at the undergraduate level, MD/MS and PG Diploma courses at the postgraduate level, as well as PhD and certificate courses. Admission to the BAMS program is primarily based on NEET scores, while postgraduate admissions consider AIAPGET results. The college has a total student enrollment of 559 and a dedicated team of 69 teaching faculty members, distributed across 14 departments.
