Admission to these competitive programs primarily relies on national-level entrance examinations such as NEET UG, NEET PG, and NEET SS, along with the state-level JCECE for specific quotas. The sprawling 216-acre campus of RIMS Ranchi provides a conducive learning environment. It features a 1500-bed multi-specialty hospital, serving as a critical clinical training ground for students while offering extensive healthcare services. The hospital includes specialized centers for oncology, trauma, and a dedicated dental college.
