Best place to get equipped with English teaching skills

Its a good place with all the modern facilities and we'll trained staff. But the faculty is quite liberal towards students. That makes them less effective. Most of their students come from Govt schools who are lazy teachers. Some of them come here for training because they are not much wanted in their schools and their respective Principals are too willing to spare them for English training. And the Head of this Institution has to helplessly accept them. Then the quality of teaching gets affected. Unwilling learners spoil the institution.
