The Saraswathy College of Nursing was established by the Saraswathy Educational Trust (SET) in 2007-08, in fond memory of the Late B. Saraswathy Amma, a reputed teacher and a noble lady who succumbed to Diabetes Mellitus at a comparatively young age of 44 in 1969. Eight batches of students have passed out and are well placed in leading healthcare instituitions in India and abroad. Since 2011-12, M.Sc. Course in all Nursing Specialities except Community Health Nursing is also offered. The College Campus is located in a very serene and idyllic surrounding, and the students are provided value based education, that has come in for great praise from the employers of our alumni

Again and again they are proving that they don't have any concern towards the students... I don't know whether to the institute isn't proper or Staffs are not proper.... situation at this college is very bad to be honest... few of the students fell sick last night... sorry for them... FOOD POISON... I don't need to tell why this problem comes... even though I'm saying... they give them very UNHYGIENIC FOOD... see atleast a basic common sense should have for the person who ever is working and making foods for the students... atleast why can't they check the ingredients or food materials before they cook???? See last night some student had a spoiled boiled egg which was served for dinner to students... they ate it... and fell sick... okay I can understand...food contaminations happens...it happens sometimes... and poor students eat that without knowing... they fall sick... and after falling sick.... they don't even take them to the hospital or give any medications ASAP... they are taking it in a very irresponsible way... and For respective generals information... serving UNHYGIENIC food it leads to very big scenario I wish they know about this... so kindly please.... it's not necessary to give them A class food or variety of foods to give etcetc... atleast please give good clean food... and utensils.... that's enough... show some respect towards the money which Management buy to take care of the students... Parents trust you people that their childrens are safe enough... please take immediate action.
