It's a nice place to visit. Lot of greenery. Variety of birds are there even though you will not see the birds you can enjoy the sounds made by various birds. Peacocks are high light. Thanks to the people who are responsible for the existence of this great institution.

Very good Architecture and no wonder the Tamil University is being established in Thanjavur, rulled by Tamil emperors, Raja raja Cholas and lot of inscriptions are found in Thanjavur Big temple as a proof threon. Blocks in the university are constructed cleverly so as to resemble TAMILNADU in Tamil font and is clearly visible in ariel view (satellite view in Google map)
