HISTORY: THASIAH COLLEGE OF NURSING, Marthandam is a Self-Supporting Nursing College importing Nursing Education for the students belonging to the weaker section of the society. This institution is run by Chellakan Memorial Educational and Charitable Trust with the objective of promoting all kinds of Educational and Charitable activities. This institution aims at serving the Society and ranking it one of the best institutions. PHILOSOPHY: The College of Nursing helps to meet the needs of state of Tamil Nadu and Indian Nursing Council for professional Nurses who will assume responsibility in the promotion of Health and Prevention of disease.  The College believes that: Nursing is a branch of knowledge of dynamicart and science, its ultimate  goal being optimum level of health for all individuals. Education is  a  process  which  transforms the individuals into creative, positive and a thoughtful individual.
