"Dear All, Im Rajadurai from Vadamathur I'm writing to update you on my health. I've been admitted to Arunai Hospital for the past month due to severe lung damage. I've been receiving treatment in the medical ward on the second floor, where the doctors inserted a tube to help with my condition. I've been bedridden for almost 15 days. The hospital fees have been a significant burden. Unfortunately, my insurance doesn't cover the costs. Subject: Feedback on Arunai Hospital Pharmacy Billing Department – August 18, 2025 Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your attention the unpleasant experience I faced at the Arunai Hospital Pharmacy Billing Department on August 18, 2025 under the supervision of Mr. Pushparaj and his team. The staff displayed rude behaviour and an unprofessional attitude towards attenders. The work process was extremely slow, and despite repeated follow-ups, it took more than 2 hours to receive medicines. Even after multiple knocks at the counter, the response was very poor, causing serious inconvenience. Due to the non-functioning billing QR code, attenders had to go 1 km outside to make payment because of network issues. Such delays and negligence can cause patients to suffer unnecessarily, as attenders are forced to leave them waiting in a vulnerable state. I kindly request the hospital management to take this matter seriously and improve the efficiency, professionalism, and payment infrastructure of the pharmacy billing department to avoid such situations in the future.
