It comes under a trust which runs the hospital and the college. Facilities were good. Also has a jain temple in the premises and a grand akshardham style temple is under construction.

This facility has been established by the inspiration of Pujya Jain Acharya Shri 108 Vidyasagar ji Maharaj quality treatment and education for all sections of society. Not only this, he has established Hathkargha - handloom centres to provide livelihood to unemployed people especially youth and also to preserve our traditional values for clothing, producing pure cotton and Khadi range of clothes.
