Excellent Emergency care !!! My elderly mother was brought to the casualty of Jubilee Mission Hospital yesterday with severe breathing difficulty. The moment we arrived a nurse promptly shifted her to the critical treatment area and a doctor attended to her immediately. The doctor evaluated her and quickly done a blood test, ecg and scan right from the casualty itself. Within no time, they identified the exact problem (heart failure) and started the treatment. After that doctor briefed us everything clearly and in a very friendly manner, which gave us big relief. She was then shifted to the ICU promptly. I must say, the doctors here are extremely knowledgeable, skillful, and empathetic. The nursing staff were also very kind and supportive. I am truly grateful for the timely care my mother received. I wholeheartedly recommend the Emergency of Jubilee Mission Hospital for anyone seeking compassionate and professional medical care for their loved ones 😊😊😊

I would also like to appreciate the seamless coordination of services—from the prompt delivery of meals from the canteen to the room, to the efficient medical supply arrangements and housekeeping support. Every department worked in harmony, ensuring patient comfort and hygiene at all times. However, I would like to offer a small suggestion. I was unable to avail cashless treatment as my health insurance provider does not currently list your hospital under their network. I had to go through the reimbursement route, which involved additional paperwork and waiting. I kindly urge the hospital administration to consider expanding partnerships with more insurance companies to include a wider range of providers under the cashless treatment facility. This would undoubtedly ease the process for many patients and enhance the overall care experience.
