We went to MES Medical College for my father’s total knee replacement and the whole experience from registration at the camp to discharge was really good. The doctors were very knowledgeable, kind, patient and understanding of my father’s pain and concerns. A special thanks to PRO Fathima who was so energetic, helpful and patient throughout. Big thanks also to Dr Ashraf Ibrahim, the entire doctor team, the nursing staff at the rooms and all the supporting staff. The nurses were always available when needed and the rooms were cleaned multiple times a day, which kept everything very comfortable and hygienic. The campus had a few cafes around and the food delivery service was convenient too. The surgery went smoothly without any complications and my father recovered well without fever or other issues. The cost was also much more affordable than other well known hospitals. Overall, I really appreciate MES Medical College and all the staff for the wonderful care and support. Thank you.
