It's ok but sometimes hindu muslim fight starts randomly 🙄, study is good but you have to study it by yourself because sometimes teachers just give overview of chapter...and when you see the chapter in book then you would get to know how many topics are still untouched..😩..and when you complain about it then you'll get same reply always "you are not a kid,study it by yourself" 😑..So why we are paying that much fees if we have to study by ourselves 🤨.. If we talk about holidays and festivals then sometimes you'll get unexpected holidays 😁.. but not during exams!..they'll not provide preparatory holidays during exams 😏.. But yaah! Festivals are celebrated beautifully 😄..and about freshers party.. 😒..we got our freshers party exactly after 1 year🥺(it was wrong to say freshers party 😏...we were not freshers any more 😜).. And yes, if you are admitted here then bring some good clothing along.. Because you're not getting your uniform for like 3-4 months 🙂..and for girls- don't go for hostel (specially roorkee hostel) 😣 it is just a jail..you're not allowed to go to terrace, not allowed to sit in your friend's room for more than 30 min., balcony is not open (covered with metal net) looks like a jail..my classmates have suffered alot there.. your parcels are checked like if there is any Bomb there 😫... So be prepared for it 😬.... Anyways you'll also enjoy alot because all of it is like spice in college life 😂 but yes don't go for roorkee hostel 🤭.. All the best
