Greetings, Nightingale Institute of Nursing has been a life-changing experience for me, as an individual. I have pursued BSN from the institute, which I can proudly say was a very smart decision at the time when there were multiple opportunities along my way and I was confused which one to opt. The college is situated in a very safe place and has a pleasing environment with greenery around that enriches the soul, so my family had no fear related to my safety and well being. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the administration, faculty, non teaching staff and all others who are working selflessly in the institution, these are the ones striving towards the best possible deliverance of education and training. College is linked to certain government and private hospitals which enable the pupils to gain quality experience in the nursing practice. Classroom education in a well equipped environment and modern infrastructure with advance technologies makes a difference in learning, which I had experienced in the institute. Few words about hostel: Hostel never felt like a place far away from home but it became my second home; I miss the food lovingly prepared by mess staff which had never compromised hygiene. There are few elements which are needed to build up a true educational institution and Nightingale Institute of Nursing possesses all those crucial elements. Students sometimes feel uncomfortable during initial days, as I saw my fellow nursing students as well as junior nursing students but we should understand that we must go through intense training to be true and productive nurses. The college and my beloved teachers provided me all those experiences and true guidance which have moulded me to be a person I'm today. May God's grace be upon the institution and each member of it. Best wishes to all those who are enrolling themselves in any course at Nightingale. If we get a true calling to serve God through our service as a nurse, we must prepare ourselves for everything and anything, not at the middle or at the end of the course but before the course begins. Additionally, it is not only the staff that makes a college best but the combined contribution of each member in it, so it is also the responsibility of a student to make it shine above all. A request to you, do not ever call hostel a jail, it is Not. Just understand that you would not be studying any arts course but would be pursuing a 'professional degree', which is a grand thing and every grand thing requires sacrifice and discipline! Be a person of that kind and transform yourselves and your thoughts; strive to be the best! Good luck! It's a never ending relation with Nightingale for me, not just 2013-2017 but 2013-forever.
