Student Reviews & Testimonials
It has the best ambience conducive to learning. I have spent 6 years in this college and they have been my biggest learning experience. The professors are excellent, extremely committed and very caring. This college provides great opportunities for growth and overall development of a student; in a safe and stress free environment.
It is the first college for women in south India, owing its origin to Sarah Tucker of England and her friends, who raised money for the founding of a small school for training teachers for elementary schools in Tirunelveli District. Established in the year 1895
Very disciplined college. Lecturers are taking proper care and attention towards students. Maths department HOD and lecturer taken proper care and attention not only inside college but also even in picnic also. Lecturer are behaving very friendly and offering prayer to students relatives also. Very nice experience during their Delhi tour. God bless entire faculty members and all my daughters studying there. I wish you all may clear your semester exam with flying colours. God protect you all. Nature give lot of energy to each and every faculties, non teaching staffs and students. Once again god bless you all.
1895 — the first college for women in South India. The campus spans over 40–58 acres, with extensive facilities like hostels, labs, library, and auditorium. Sarah Tucker College is well-placed with plenty around — fast food stalls, Hatsun ice cream, Xerox and stationery shops, plus a Canara Bank nearby. 📚🍦✨ Phones aren’t allowed inside the campus, but after classes finish at 3:30pm, students can chill out with friends at these spots. Everything you need is just outside the gates! 🏫🌟
