It is the Worst collage i studied in SSTM and There placement assistance for UG is worst. There is no Campus And the sem fees in the college Is Massively High for a UG program and there are rules You can't Sit in the class if you have beard. have to wear Black Shoes otherwise the teachers will not permit to sit in the class . And The canteen have High Rates for foods Like hotels. And there is no bus stop infront of the collage you have to get down at thaikavu stop and walk if you are coming from aluva side . The management only want money So if you are considering to joining this collage make sure you do Reasearch about this collage like ask The students who studied there

I studied there and honestly it was a bad experience where the management gives u a booklet of slips and tells us to sell the tickets and if we don't then they will take 500 from us and if we say that we don't wanna participate they say that we will not give attendance till u give us the money like they are actually funding a publicity stunt for them with our money with zero food and this is prohibited under rules of mg uni and there are 50 students in a class and 500 each with bcom senior+ junior and bba , physiology same and all this money for just mere decorations and dj and there are a lot of ads obviously they are not doing it for free

I was a Former MBA Student in SSTM during 2016-2018. After my course completion, Unfortunately, I couldn’t collect my Provisional Certificate from the College since I was out of the country. So, yesterday (03/03/2023) I have sent my father to collect my provisional certificate on behalf of myself and I handover an authorization letter to him. When he met the reception lady, she asked "Only Provisional Certificate required or any other originals wanted"? So, My father was confused whether they have my 12th original or not. The reception lady directed my father to Ms. SUJATHA. He met Ms. SUJATHA (First Floor, Behind the Cash Counter). Even though my father was doubtful, he called me via phone and handed over the phone to Ms. SUJATHA. When I started talking and asking the same she literally shouted at me and she was yelling over the phone using unfair language and raised her voice and replied "Don't you have a sense what all documents you had submitted and collected from the college?" For a moment, I got stucked. After the conversation, Ms. Sujatha had directed my father to Ms. Kavitha (MBA Dept Assistant) for collecting my provisional certificate and he collected the same from her. See, Kind notification to the Management SCMS Group, Is this the way to treat/answer a call? Ms. SUJATHA was not even paying attention to my requirements. There was no professional co-ordination between staff, that's why my dad and I got confused. Even if it might be a miscommunication, that's quite understandable. But this is not the way to deal with a client query. I am not pointing out the management or college as such instead, I am addressing a staff's impolite behavior.
