I am a student in the Civil Engineering Department of Shree Swami Atmanand Saraswati Institute of Technology, Surat. As a freshman year’s student, my first college experience was pretty good. Since it was pandemic period at that time, we initially attended online lectures. The college faculty made it so easy for us to study, even though we couldn’t be physically present in the class. Later we got a chance to attend the college offline. The environment of a college is very healthy. The teachers are also supportive. The college doesn’t only focus on studies but also on other co-curricular activities like Training and Sports. The college also holds competitions from time to time. It is also well equipped with all kinds of Labs.

It is a wonderful experience studying at SSASIT and work under the portfolio of sports. Sports Dean is extremely supporting and play a vital role as guide, mentor, guardian and Strict Trainer. Also, the Committee members helps students to become independent. Recently, I had been given opportunity to lead annual sports including 1000 plus students and successfully managed under guidance from my guardian cum Dean Sports. College infrastructure is commendable. Labs and technology are up to the mark.
