Take prior appointment if you are going here for eye check up. Expenses are moderate and quality of treatment is very good. Clean rest rooms available for both gender. Hospital maintained very well. Below are the key issues I faced during my visit: Excessive Wait Times: Patients are forced to wait for hours, indicating poor management and inefficiency. Restrictive Attendant Policy: Only one attendant is allowed per patient, causing undue stress for families who need support. Rude and Unprofessional Staff: The staff displayed a lack of empathy and courtesy, making the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, the hospital falls short of delivering adequate care and customer service.
