This place is located about twenty minutes from the rail station Taldi, which is accessible via Sealdah if one boards the Canning local train. The college has brilliant infrastructure, with an ait conditioned staff room. The toilets are clean. The scenery is beautiful and pleasing to the eye.

This is the only college under Calcutta University in Canning area....It is well connected by roads.........Taldi and Canning are the two nearest rail station of this college.......after complete Chadkhali halt rail station then Chadkhali is the nearest station of this college........ it has good arts faculty but here the science faculty is average....... this college not provide mathematics honours........ it has a big sports ground.
