Hello friends, I can explain you this college in brief explanation according to my perspective for CDLSIET. So that you can make a good decision for your B.tech career. Ch. Devi Lal State Institute of Engineering and technology is one of the best Technical Engineering college in whole Sirsa Haryana. It is a state government Engineering college of Haryana. CDLSIET come under Chaudhary Devi University situated in Sirsa city. CDLSIET come under the list of top 10 state government college in Haryana. CDLSIET teaching faculty are good to go and responsible but somewhat you have to give your efforts from yours side in academics to ace in studies. CDLSIET is the college where zero ragging case occur. CDLSIET is situated at near Panniwala Mota gaon at National Highway of Sirsa Haryana. Sirsa market is about 45 minutes away from college and odha market is 10 minutes away by bus transportation. And Panniwala Mota gaon market is around 5 km away from college premises. And also CDLSIET hostel facilities are up to the good extent and there are more than two to three caretakers, 2 hostel warden and one assistant warden in hostel to maintain peace and solve students issues if they have any. Caretakers take action very fast after registering the complaint in complaint register and they are available for students 24×7. In my point of view students having Jee Mains ranking from 30,000 to 5,00,000 it's a very good college to explore and start your Enginnering journey. If you have Lower rank in Jee Mains then you can also try in CDLSIET college physical round counseling to take admission if some seats are left after online Councling (Hstse). There are just some drawbacks that hostels does not have laundary, inverter, and also do not allow basic electronics such as iron press, Electric hair blower, etc in hostel. But hostel provide geyser facility for students in winters and very clean campus to students and also there is a very lush green campus which provides students a very mind soothing satisfaction as there is lot of greenery around all over the college as well as hostel campus, Air pollution is tends to zero in CDLSIET. CDLSIET Hostel also provide gym inside the hostel, where students can do exercises there to maintain there physique, but the gym condition is very bad and most of the equipments are malfunctioning or broken. Hostels have wifi facility in both boys and girls hostel. But only in library. Most of the time wifi is not working in boys hostel. Hostel rooms condition is very bad and walls are just worst to see due to sketches of bikini models on walls of some hostel rooms and rooms have not been repainted for around since many years. Hostel warden does'nt allow new year and other Hostel parties in Hostel premises. Hostel has not been renovated for many years since now it is still the same. Sports events occur very frequently by college staff for intercollege tournaments of variety of sports events in university. Such as badminton, kho kho, kabbadi, cricket, basketball, table tennis, chess, caremaboard, tennis, etc. But College does not easily provide any sport equipment and gears to students for inter college games and tournament. And also there is no sports coach for students. And there is no dance and music teacher for extra curricular. Also extracurricular activities like dancing, singing, debate, natak, rangoli competition, poster making competition, etc. Occur in college anually. CDLSIET does'nt have an auditorium but they have a party hall inside the college for extracurricular activities for functions and parties. Mess food quality is fine and higene is not that perfect but somewhat it is ok. In my point of view, you can definitely give a look in CDLSIET to persue your BTech in Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, Electrical, Computer science respective branches. 👍😊♥️
