I completed a 6-month panchkarma course at this college, finishing in Feb 2023, but I only received my certificate today (August 5th). The process was frustrating, as I had to travel multiple times from my hometown, 60kms away, and was repeatedly told to come back next week or tomorrow. MISS GURMEET started off friendly, but once I asked for my certificate, she stopped responding to my messages. Communication and timely certificate delivery need improvement at the college.
