HKES Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Kalaburagi, stands as a distinguished institution, widely recognized for its contributions to homeopathic medicine in Karnataka. Established in 1980 under the Hyderabad Karnataka Education Society, it holds the distinction of being among the first in the state to offer both Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) and Doctor of Medicine in Homoeopathy (MD Hom) degree courses. The college is formally affiliated with the esteemed Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, and recognized by the National Commission for Homoeopathy, New Delhi, ensuring its programs adhere to national standards. Academic excellence is a hallmark, with a comprehensive curriculum covering foundational and advanced subjects in homoeopathy. The institution offers a Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) with a significant intake, alongside five specialized postgraduate MD Homoeopathy programs including Materia Medica, Organon of Medicine, Repertory, Practice of Medicine, and Paediatrics.
