The best university i have seen as per infrastructure, academic quality and special the administrative and enquiry services it offers. Other universities really need to learn how to efficiently handle the enquiry and helpline numbers. I think they have just issued number for the sake of issuing it,but the enquiry board of this university deserves a round of applause, No rude language, very sweetly calmly listening to our concerns and providing satisfactory replys.. they do say at the end of the call to call them anytime if you face any problem further... KUDOS!!!! PUNJABI UNIVERSITY REALLY NEED TO LEARN FROM THIS UNI HOW TO HANDLE ENQUIRY NUMBERS they don't even pick call your phone will go on ringing for 2 hours!!!!
