If you have exam on JBIT Dehradun, you can take city bus from isbt dehradun to vikasnagar. It will take 45- 50 minutes to reach there. It is 100 m inside of the main road. There is one shop for bag arrangements just beside the campus. He will take 20 rupees per bag.Remember sitting arrangement is not so good, You are not getting too many space for rough work. Not proper space for keyboard and if you have accidentally touched the cpu , monitor screen will automatically off. So please ensure these things in this exam center.
