I am a former student of this college. The infrastructure isnt that good. But for one to become a marine Engineer you have all the necessary requirements. Vast playground and under construction ship-in-campus adds on extra beauty. Well experienced faculties and service staffs are always an advantage. You can become an all filled Mariner once you pass out from the institution

I'm an Alumni of this College, My CGPA was one of the best in my batch. No one in my class got placement. It has been almost 10 years and this college has shown no significant improvement, Local reputation has reached rock bottom. Since you have read my comment and as a marine engineer who has suffered a lot because of Honeypot Colleges like MMCT, My advice to you, if you're interested in pursuing Marine Engineering as a Career, get sponsored by a Shipping Company, this will give you placement and most of all good education. Some Marine companies conduct Yearly exams for Sponsoring worthwhile candidates, Search the web and get as much info as possible (Especially what your job will be) . I have somewhat been able to stabilize my Marine Engineering career but I can't say the same to 95% of my classmates. If you are just looking for a degree and a place to waste loads of money MMCT is the place for you.
