Despite informing the college and cancelling well before the academic session started, We have not received any refund of the advance fee. There is no clear communication or support from the administration regarding the refund process. We also found that many other students have faced similar issues. This was raises serious concerns about the college’s transparency and ethics in handling student withdrawals and fees. I urge future students and parents to be cautious before paying any advance amount. Ensure you have clarity in writing about the refund policy before making any financial commitment. As per AICTE/UGC norms and standard ethical practices, students who withdraw their admission before the commencement of classes are typically eligible for a refund after a nominal deduction. I request the administration to kindly process my refund at the earliest and maintain transparency in such matters to protect the trust of future students and parents.
