I recently visited M G College of Engineering which is located at Vandithadam, Thiruvallam to write an exam. After attending my exam, I met Prof Rahul H S a faculty of Physics at the college. He was kind-hearted and helpful in finding my class and helped me in taking a photo copy of the original id proof as I forgot to take the same. I truly like his warm gesture & had a good conversation with him. His advice and words were genuinely motivating. M G College of Engineering is a great institution in Thiruvananthapuram that offers a good campus environment along with quality Diploma Courses. It is surrounded by beautiful tourist places like Kovalam Beach, Punchakkari, Lulu Mall, and Vellayani Lake etc. If you are the one who likes to enjoy the nature vibe along with the curriculum then this is the perfect place for you. Diploma Courses offered in here- Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering Computer Science and Engineering Electrical & Electronics Engineering Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Hotel Management & Catering Technology So, I highly recommend this institution as it is one of the best Diploma courses offering college in Thiruvananthapuram.

I think it was a great College..... There are around 18 engineering colleges (increased now I think) in Trivandrum, But most of them are "schools" not "colleges". I believe here a student gets enough freedom to express himself, and to develop his own personality... I know many of the 'parents' may not agree with this, but College is not just a place to learn, but a place to build friends, take responsibilities, take ownership, build team work and above all have fun :) Personally if you just want a degree, this is not a place to be !!!!!! But this place has its own short comings, a resistive management to anything creative and any new initiatives (but then again, I dont think this is specific to our college alone), small campus etc But considering everything, my time at MGC was, is and always will be the best time of my life ....
