I was recently admitted to the casualty of this hospital and had a very distressing experience due to the carelessness of the staff. A nurse who was inserting a cannula forgot to untie the tourniquet before injecting, which caused a lot of bleeding. It has been 5 days since the incident, and I’m still experiencing pain and discoloration in my arm (photo attached as proof). The procedure was done without proper care, leaving me physically hurt and shaken. Sadly, this is not my first unpleasant experience at this hospital. About two years ago, I was brought here after an accident, in severe pain. Even then, the staff took their own time and made me wait unnecessarily in the casualty without attending to me promptly. For an emergency department, where time and care are critical, this level of negligence is completely unacceptable. I hope the hospital management takes this seriously and works on improving their emergency services and staff accountability.
