Student Reviews & Testimonials

I studied here in 2009 to 2013. The college is strict with people who are insincere and have a rowdy character. People who want to sincerely get a certificate from Calicut University, this college is good. A lot of natural beauty and places to visit nearby. Had an amazing time though no placements were there when I studied here.

It's a good college. Good and calm atmosphere. Peaceful environment. Away from town. So no other disturbance.

As a student of Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre (NCERC), my experience has been a mix of positives and areas that need improvement. The college is known for its excellent infrastructure, with well-equipped labs, a spacious library, and good sports facilities. The faculty members are highly knowledgeable, and many professors are approachable, offering great support for academic growth. One of the highlights of my time at NCERC has been participating in events like NSITE (Nehru Science and Innovative Technical Exhibition) and BLOOM . NSITE is a national-level tech fest that provides an amazing platform for students to showcase their innovation and technical skills. It's filled with exciting competitions and opportunities to learn from industry experts. On the other hand, BLOOM , the annual cultural extravaganza, is an event that brings the entire campus together through music, dance, and other performances. It's always a vibrant and energetic time, and it's a great way to unwind and explore the creative side of student life. In terms of placements, the opportunities are decent, but they vary by department. While some students land jobs in well-known companies, others face challenges, especially in the core sectors. The college does provide training programs, but there is still room for improvement in terms of internships and industry exposure. However, the college can sometimes feel overly strict with its rules. The management enforces disciplinary policies that can feel restrictive, and attendance rules can be challenging for students. There have also been some past controversies that have impacted the college’s reputation, although the institution seems to be working on improvements. Overall, NCERC offers a good academic environment, plenty of opportunities for personal development, and exciting events like NSITE and BLOOM. If you are someone who is disciplined and focused on academics, the college can offer a solid educational experience.
