One of the first things that strikes you about the SPPU campus is its lush greenery and well-maintained gardens. The sprawling grounds are dotted with trees, flowers, and open spaces that provide a refreshing atmosphere. The serene environment is perfect for studying, relaxing, or engaging in outdoor activities. The picturesque views, especially during the monsoon season, add to the charm of the campus

It is popularly known as the 'Oxford of the East'. It has about 307 recognized research institutes and 612 affiliated colleges offering graduate and under-graduate courses. The university attracts many foreign students due to its excellent facilities. It offers good accommodation facility. The main building is designed by James Trubshawe, the magnificent edifice was built in Ganeshkhind, on the outskirts of what was then called Poona. Architecturally, it defies classification though its spiritual antecedents are Italian and the 80 feet flag tower has been described as an 'Victorian rendering of an Italian campanile'. Overall campus of whole university is giantly wide but most prominent and eye catching is main building of Pune university, there are different carvings and sculptures on building, amaze to see them.

Applied for degree on 17 November 2014 and still haven't received yet. Today when went to enquire about degree they told it will be print today and I'll recieve it in 4-5 days.My friend applied for degree before me and today he came to know that his payment has not been reflected to university while the payment is successful from his account.My senior friend who passed out in 2022 recieved his duplicate degree last month after 3-4 times visiting the university.When questioned and asked a lot questions, we are told to go talk to the director.

Comming from South India mesmerized by seeing a state university looks that greeeeen campus. Walking on the way form guest house to department will give you a feel that you are in a reserved forest and trucking. Older university but maintenance is too good. Visited for a conference feeling like I should have studied here.

SPPU University has very huge campus.😀It's spread over in almost 400 acres.Environment is very good👌 and everywhere is greenery. 🌲

Pune university is top University in india, Savitribai Phule Pune University is an old and historical place where all students can find their dream studies at any level. The picture consists of the area of the main building. The university itself has a wide area of campus where almost everything is available for student needs and very silent area university campus..
