S.G.N. Khalsa P.G. College, Sri Ganganagar was established in 1939. Its affiliated to Maharaja Ganga Singh University as Guru Nanak Khalsa School gradually progressed into Sri Guru Nanak Khalsa College in 1957 and Post Graduate College in 1970. The College is a renowned multi-faculty coeducational institution with streams: Science, Arts Commerce and Computers. Postgraduate courses are offered in Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biotechnology, Computers, Geography, English and Punjabi besides the degree courses in Science, Arts and Commerce. It has been accredited with B++ by NAAC and UGC, New Delhi was granted CPE status and sanctioned a special grant for further growth and excellence.
