The doctors and staff are very good, and the treatment we received was excellent. The hospital is well-maintained and overall provides great service. I have only one suggestion for improvement: the pharmacy counter. Currently, there is only one counter serving all patients, including those in emergency situations. When we had a critical emergency case, we mentioned it at the pharmacy, but others in the queue started arguing. While I understand their frustration, emergency and ICU cases should be given priority. It would be very helpful if a separate counter or at least a priority queue could be maintained for such situations. Other than this, the hospital is excellent, and I highly recommend it.
These are very beautiful places
Very slow in processing an opd sheet. Not everyone but yeah definitely some staff are so lazy. And follow up date they give but when we go on that date doctors won't be available. Worst pharmacy I have ever seen and the pharmacists behaviour is not professional. Many basic medicines are not available inside hospital pharmacies. I would request hospital management to give proper training for hospital staff about the behaviour with visitors and about the service they provide.
