SSDCH is a wonderful college. You get a lot of exposure to patients with good infrastructure and experienced faculty. They do not really give you a lot of liberty and freedom but this makes one responsible, mature and punctual. College throws a lot of parties and functions so it is fun to remain in college . It is always a delight to be a part of it..Hostel is also good with best facilities both AC and Non-AC rooms available with attached washrooms ...and I will always recommend this college .
It’s been 4 years since I have taken admission in the institute. After a lot of comparisons from nearby dental colleges I must say the college is best out of all. Professors here are highly skilled and they help you to achieve your goals sincerely. Since the profession comes up with a huge responsibility, here it is made sure every patient is equally important and every future dentist is taught well. Management needs be worked upon but the infrastructure is good.
Honestly speaking, this is one of the best dental hospitals with highly skilled doctors. I consulted them for pain under the bridge that was installed 10 years ago. Dr Venus guided Dr Preeti to remove the bridge placed on three molars. It was quite a challenging job to remove the bridge in such a way that the base remains intact. The next step was to carry out the RCT of the affected teeth. One RCT was performed by Dr Gursharan where finding the root was quite difficult. But she did the job so well by consulting her senior doctors. Even more challenging was the RCT of the second tooth that was so difficult to be saved. Dr Aaina worked so patiently to find root through a twisted path and saved my tooth. Otherwise it has to be extracted and then I would have no option other than implants. Thank god Dr Aaina performed the RCT successfully which means I can go for a new bridge. The team of doctors is amazing. They discuss among different departments for the best outcome for the patient. All the treatment is done at a very reasonable price which can't be available at a private dentist clinic
