I took admission at Astha School of Management, and I’m happy to share that I also got placed through the campus placement. The environment of the college is very calm, ethical, and student-friendly. All the teachers are very supportive and experienced. They always guide us in the right way. Our Ed-cum-Secretary,Dr. Bankim Mohanty Sir, is a very kind and respectful person who always supports the students. Principal Ma’am, Dr. Sharmila Subramanian, is very humble and always helpful. She sometimes scolds us but in a good way because she wants all of us to speak in English and improve our communication skills. Dean Training and Placement) Prof. Jinasis Mohanty Sir, is very helpful and always encourages us to do well in our careers. Dipan Sir is also very friendly and always ready to help us. The canteen and food system in the college is affordable compared to other colleges in Bhubaneswar. The food is good as per the price, though sometimes it feels a bit boring like regular hostel food. Gyana Bhai provides good service in the canteen. The hostel is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are neat, and the environment is peaceful. Dali Ma’am, the hostel in-charge, is a calm and kind lady who manages everything smoothly. The security in college is also good, and Surya Bhai takes care of it well. One special thing is that we do prayer every day before class, along with teachers, staff, and students. It brings a positive feeling to start the day. The college events are very enjoyable—like Yugma, Shuttle Smasher, Fun with purpose, Rangrez, Prakalpa, Holi, and Diwali celebrations. These make college life more fun and memorable. During my MBA journey, I have learned so many things that will help me throughout my life and career.I truly feel proud to be part of such a great college where everyone is focused on student success and growth.
