Excellent doctors and facilities. Even support staff are good. But if the patient reaches by 9 AM and leaves hospital only at 4 PM it doesn’t speak well of the administration of the hospital. There is huge crowd and management of the same is not streamlined. Despite personal touch of doctors the delay makes one feel there is no value of their time. One whole day would be lost and that is not fair

My father recently underwent kidney stone removal at GEM Hospital, and we had an excellent experience. Dr. Sivashankaran provided outstanding medical care with great attention to detail. Special thanks to Thilaka sister and Nithya sister, whose care, support, and follow-up were exceptional throughout the treatment. My father had his liver transplant surgery done under Dr. Anand vijai sir and his team which is India's first ever inter hospital swap transplantion done. Doctor Anand vijai sir only told us about this option swap transplant which we didn't hear from any other hospital that we went before. Also he guided us and supported us through every process and struggle we faced to get permission from transtan. He even suggested Advocates and also we received the support from Gem hospital Advocates to get an order from court. Not only him his team members and doctors took good care of my dad before and after surgery. I would highly recommend Gem hospital coimbatore to get liver transplant surgery and consultation Regarding liver issues.
