Very good atmosphere, good infrastructure. Government Engineering College Idukki (GECI) is one of the most serene and inspiring campuses. Located amidst the beautiful hills of Painavu, the atmosphere is peaceful, green, and perfect for focused learning. The natural surroundings offer a calm and refreshing environment that adds a unique charm to student life. The faculty is highly dedicated and knowledgeable, always supportive and approachable. They make a real effort to ensure students understand the concepts, both theoretically and practically. The teaching quality is excellent. The labs and facilities are well-maintained, and the campus has been developing steadily in terms of infrastructure and student amenities. There's a strong culture of peer support and active student clubs that organize workshops, tech fests, and cultural events, giving students plenty of opportunities beyond academics. The library is well-stocked, and internet access helps students stay connected and updated.
