It's my college... I missed my professors so much Sarat Centenary College is a general degree college in Dhaniakhali, in the Hooghly district, West Bengal, India. It was named after one of the greatest Bengali novelists, Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay, in 1976, firstly as a Junior College, and was later upgraded into a Degree College in 1978. It offers undergraduate courses in arts, Commerce and sciences. It is affiliated to The University of Burdwan. Choose either all the three subjects of Group-A, or any two from Group-A & one from Group-B. No one will be allowed to change the subject once the option list is accepted. Candidates taking admission in B.A. (Gen.) with Geography or Physical Education must apply within 7 days for preparation of merit list for combination either of Geography or Physical Education as per prescribed proforma. This college are situated in dhaniakhali block into hooghly district. 17 and 18 routes are available front of college. Chuchura to tarakeswar route . Nearest station is dhaniakhali Halt under burdwan howrah chord line. Station to college distance only 4 km . Bus trekar also available.
