Sjsv ,puri founded dt- 07/07/1981 ,founder Shri Janaki Bhalav Pattnayk former CM Odisha. It's a sanskrit university, it have 8th number of pg department under sanskrit language & Sanskrit B.ed department. And also a nice atmosphere, it have a 3rd largest sanskrit university overall world.

The university is located near the beach. You can hear the gushing sea waves and the fine breeze flowing all over the campus. The guest house is pretty neat. It is good enough for a family of three or four.
