Famous for academics and extracurricular activities.The college has launched various number of clubs.It is an institution affiliated to the University of Kerala.The NSS and NCC,both are functional here.Almost all the books needed during the tenure of study is available in the college society (store room). The college has around 16 departments with good faculties.
