Went to UEM to give an exam and overall, it was a decent experience . The exam room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and well-behaved, which definitely made the environment more comfortable. However, thebmanagement could improve in terms of efficiency things were a bit slow, especially during entry and setup. With better coordination and quicker handling, the process could be much smoother. That said, everything else was in place, and I didn’t face any major issues. A decent setup for exams, just needs a bit of polishing on the operational side.
