I just loved this amazing and Genuine place. I would recommend to Visit here especially to thyroid patient diabetes patient psychiatrist treatment and for ortho and anything else too. AIIMS BB Nagar is very large campus and provide amazing facility they are maintaining cleaning and hygiene once you visit there on the front gate you need to make some entry in the register based on speciality you are looking for. Thy have huge parking space. Drinking water facility and clean toilets. After entry you need to go inside and do registration on the window where they will charge 10 INR and they will give you one printed form and receipt and they will guide you the room number and then you can visit the respective room outside room junior doctor team is available for the pre instructions and checkup. They are really amazing and highly supportive. After that you will visit the senior doctor I am really amazed to see that all doctors are highly qualified and they give just genuine consultation. I visited for pediatrician and ENT for thyroid treatment. Before visiting there I took three consultation outside and I end up paying lots of amount in laboratories and different lab test but after visiting AIMS I got the perfect genuine consultation Appreciate all your support AIIMS. You are real Hero for all Poor and Middle class health problems consultation. Some suggestions - 1. Rather entry at 2 places if you do at one place then you can decrease wait time and crowd. 2. Please have some small cafeteria as patient are visiting from very far places too so one could have some snacks. I drove for 140 Km today with family having small kids. 3. Any online consultation booking is really appreciable as time in queue was bit high.

Earlier we went here for dad regular checkup. Now the departments have increased with all the specializations available under one roof. Need to install the "Abha" app from play store and register our data before going there saves lot of energy and precious time. Still the registration line and lab billing takes lot of time. Hospital management can implement any new process and reduce manual load on staff to increase the efficiency. Coming to my experience, we went there for my sister boil water burns after showing her at other corporate hospital(which suggested to undergo surgery). But here Dr. Rohit sir treated her well and wound got recovered in just 10 days. Now, for my dad as well we are going there for regular checkups and they have very good doctors Dr. Anitha mam (Nephrology) , Dr. Ashok Vardhan and Sowjanya mam (neurology) Dr. Nitin Naik sir(Cardiology) looked thoroughly and did detailed analysis before giving prescription. Doctors are very patient and just need improvement in patient management wrt billing. Hope things will be in place in coming days.

The hospital is quite busy, which can lead to long waiting times, but the quality of care provided is worth it. The nursing staff was compassionate and professional, making my stay more comfortable. Overall, I appreciate the dedication of the healthcare professionals. AIIMS has excellent medical facilities and equipment, but the infrastructure could use some improvement. While the main hospital buildings are well-maintained, some areas feel overcrowded and could benefit from better organization. The cleanliness of certain sections also needs attention. However, the advanced medical technology available here is impressive, and it is evident that patient care is a priority. My overall experience at AIIMS has been great. The blend of academic excellence, patient care, and research opportunities makes it a leading institution in India. While there are challenges like long waiting times in the outpatient department, the quality of care and education compensates for it.
